1 can of Garbanzo beans rinsed
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 tbsp Garlic Chili Olive Oil
2 tbsp tahini
¼ cup cilantro (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add 2-3 tbsp of water for smoother texture.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle more Garlic Chili Olive Oil over the top.
3. Serve with crackers, veggies, or use as a spread on sandwiches.
