The owner, Taelor Carvitto, received her degree in International Business at the University of Nevada Las Vegas while working full time in fine dining at a major establishment where she was presented an opportunity to learn about the true craft of fine cuisine. Taelor became passionate about the use of quality ingredients in cooking when witnessing dinner guests 'light up' following a gourmet experience.
Taelor then spent two years in Japan teaching English and traveling Southeast Asia while developing a discriminate palate for various cuisines. With her affection for people and using her Grandmother's method of "by guess and by gosh," she has arrived, bringing you a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the kitchen whether you're a novice or expert chef!
